Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How to Return:
- Log in to your account at whitechristmasoutfit.com and initiate a return request.
- Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return confirmation.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
